Delivery: after payment you receive a download link. Keep your confirmation email.

License: personal or business use for your organisation; do not resell or redistribute the file without permission.

Right of withdrawal: for digital content delivered immediately, withdrawal may be excluded with your express consent at checkout, as allowed for digital goods.

Guarantee: if the file does not match the description, contact us within 14 days for a refund or replacement.

Governing law: Italy. Courts of the consumer’s EU country of residence apply where mandatory.
